Reviews for Sonoma agents don’t live in one place. Some sit on Google. Others show up on brokerage pages or on an agent’s own website, and a seller has to piece them together.

This page pulls together what public profiles show for three agents who sell homes on Sonoma’s east side: Kristie Eddy, Caroline Sebastiani and Jennifer Powers. All three work with Sotheby’s International Realty.

For each agent, you’ll find a Google rating, a recent east-side sale, recognition and a few lines from past clients. A short checklist for your first call closes the page.

Who are the best luxury Realtors on the east side of Sonoma?

Who are the best luxury Realtors on the east side of Sonoma? This page doesn’t name one. The right agent depends on your home, its price point and how privately you want to sell. Kristie Eddy, Caroline Sebastiani and Jennifer Powers are three names that come up often for Eastside Sonoma, and each holds a 5.0 rating on Google.

Timing matters as well. In the third quarter of 2026, Sonoma Valley homes sold at a median of $987,000 after an average of 75 days on market, per the Sotheby’s International Realty quarterly report for Sonoma County. Countywide, 35 homes closed above $3 million that quarter.

How to Read Agent Reviews Before You List

Look for the Story Inside Each Review

Stars alone don’t say much. The useful reviews describe what happened: how fast a home sold, how the agent set the price, or who managed repairs before listing. One detailed review can tell a seller more than ten short ones.

Read the Count as a Sign of Consistency

A steady count shows an agent delivering for client after client. A smaller count is worth reading next to sales records, since some agents run mostly on referrals and quiet sales.

Check Recognition and Recent Sales

Awards from a brokerage or a local Realtor association show how peers rate an agent. Recent sales show where they work. For an east-side home, look for sales on streets near yours.

Kristie Eddy, Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty

Google rating: 5.0 across 9 reviews.

Kristie Eddy grew up on a country property in Kenwood and lives in Sonoma today, per her website bio. Most of her work is on the listing side, and much of it happens confidentially. She is a Top Agent in Wine Country for 2025, an honor from Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty.

East-side sale: Kristie listed 869 Third Street East, a renovated four-bedroom home in Sonoma’s Eastside neighborhood, at $2,595,000 in February 2025. It went pending eight days later and sold for $2,600,000, per the MLS sale record.

What clients say: Katie Jacobs Stanton called her “the hardest-working, kindest, and most ethical real estate agent” she has worked with. Chris Meadors, a Napa and Sonoma agent who did a deal with her, wrote that she “found a way to be collaborative with all sides and also fiercely represent her client.” Both reviews are on Google.

Recognition: She co-represented the seller of The Summit on Sonoma Mountain, which sold for $38.5 million in August 2026. It’s the highest residential sale ever recorded in Sonoma County, and The Real Deal covered the sale.

Caroline Sebastiani, Sotheby’s International Realty

Google rating: 5.0 across 16 reviews.

Caroline Sebastiani has worked in Sonoma Valley real estate since 2001, per her agent page. She lists Eastside Sonoma estates, vineyard properties and equestrian compounds among her specialties. She works alongside Charlie Luna on her team.

East-side sale: In August 2025, Caroline and Charlie represented both the buyer and the seller of the Fleur de Lys Estate at 175 Fourth Street East. The 4.56-acre property overlooks the Sebastiani Cherry Block vineyard and sold for $8,000,000, per the MLS sale record. The Sonoma Index-Tribune covered the estate when it first came to market in 2023.

What clients say: Jody A. wrote that what stood out in interviews was the team’s “focus on meeting my goals, not theirs.” Colin R., who sold a rebuilt Glen Ellen house with Caroline, put the result plainly: “We sold over the listing price.” Both quotes come from her testimonials page.

Recognition: Her website reports more than $1 billion in career sales over two decades.

Jennifer Powers, Sotheby’s International Realty

Google rating: 5.0 across 15 reviews.

Jennifer Powers is a sixth-generation Wine Country resident with more than 30 years in real estate, per her agent profile. She holds the CRS designation and works on both residential and commercial sales.

East-side sale: Jennifer listed 17219 Seventh Street East, a single-level, three-bedroom home in The Ranch, a gated hillside community. It sold for $2,475,000 in March 2026, per the MLS sale record.

What clients say: Elizabeth Mayo Filippi’s home had sat for three months before she hired Jennifer. She wrote that Jennifer “came in with a fresh perspective, clear guidance, and a realistic plan,” and the home sold in about three and a half weeks. Cheryl Osburn-Adams, who sold a family house with her, called her “timely, attentive, trustworthy.” Both reviews are on Google.

Recognition: The Sonoma Valley Chapter of Realtors named her Realtor of the Year in 2015.

The Eastside Sonoma Market in Late 2026

Where the Eastside Sits

The Eastside sits just east of the eight-acre Sonoma Plaza, on streets such as Third, Fourth and Seventh Street East, where the three sales above closed. Homes near the Plaza include historic adobes, California Craftsman houses, bungalows and Victorians, and one local brokerage puts the Plaza and historic East Side at roughly $1.2 million to $4.5 million, per its Sonoma market guide. Farther out, lots get larger and vineyard views open up. Sebastiani Vineyards & Winery anchors Fourth Street East, and its Cherry Block vineyard sits below estate parcels like the Fleur de Lys Estate.

What Homes Are Selling For

Across the City of Sonoma, the median sale price was $1,024,512 over the three months ending September 2026, down 21.2% from a year earlier, per Redfin's Sonoma housing market data. The median price per square foot moved the other way, up 15.7% to $694. When the median drops while price per square foot climbs, smaller homes usually made up more of the recent sales. For a larger east-side home, recent comparable sales on nearby streets matter more than the citywide median.

How Fast Homes Are Moving

Sonoma homes sold after 40 days on average in that period, compared with 76 days a year earlier, and closed at about 98.3% of list price, per Redfin. Forty-two homes sold in September 2026, down from 47 the year before.

Across Sonoma Valley, 118 single-family homes closed in the third quarter of 2026, with 153 on the market at quarter's end, per the Sotheby's International Realty quarterly report. Countywide, the median sale price held at $833,000, flat from a year earlier, while sales above $3 million rose 3% to 35 and sales between $2 million and $3 million held at 55.

What It Means for Eastside Sellers

The numbers point to a market where buyers are paying close to asking but have time to compare. Redfin's city figures and the Sotheby's Sonoma Valley figures cover different areas, which is why their days-on-market numbers differ. Ask any agent you interview to show you east-side sales from the last six months, the list-to-sale gap on each, and how long the slower ones sat before they sold.

What the Three Profiles Have in Common

Read side by side, the reviews share a few themes. Clients mention pricing advice they trusted, steady communication and agents who took details off their plate. All three have sold on Sonoma’s east side within the past two years. Each works with Sotheby’s International Realty in Sonoma, so their marketing reach is similar. The differences show up in specialty, team setup and the kinds of homes each has sold most recently.

Before You Call an Eastside Sonoma Agent

None of these agents is named the best here. They’re three of the names that come up most for selling on Sonoma’s east side. Each agent’s reviews are spread across several sites, so a conversation tells you more than any single page. Bring these questions to the first call:

Ratings, reviews and sale records were checked on Google, MLS sale records, agent websites and brokerage profiles in October 2026. Market figures come from Redfin (three months ending September 2026) and the Sotheby's International Realty Q3 2026 report.
