Rather than rush out a list, we're taking the time to verify each agent's transaction history and client reviews the same way we did for our live Pebble Beach directory. When the San Francisco list publishes, every profile will link straight back to its original review source.

Most San Francisco agents work on a commission basis, typically negotiated between 2% and 3% per side of the transaction.
